Justin Lee Wiebe

Billings. Justin was born on Jan. 31, 1974, in Glasgow to William “Bill” and Barbara “Barb” (Nelson) Wiebe.Justin attended Malta High School, graduating in 1993. He later attended school at MSUB, graduating in 2008. Justin married Kristine Runestad on April 25, 1998 and to this union two children were born: Zachary and Rylie. He worked for MSU-Billings in the Academic Support Center.Justin was a generous and loving man who adored his family unconditionally. He was an avid reader and passionate writer with a poetic perspective on life’s little nuances. He enjoyed visiting with family and friends, had a great sense of humor, and enjoyed making off the wall comments, causing everybody to laugh. Justin loved road trips around the state and the outdoors. He was elated to see the Cubs win the World Series. He will be missed by all.Justin is survived by his wife Kristine; son Zachary; daughter Rylie; father William; mother Barbara; brother Kelly (Iza); as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.A Celebration of Justin’s life will be held at 2 p.m., on Wednesday, Aug. 16, at Cremation & Funeral Gallery. Kim Patric Johnson

San Francisco, California, to J.D. and Ruth E. Johnson. He was raised in Billings. Kim graduated from MSU-Bozeman and continued his education receiving a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Washington State University. Kim passed away unexpectedly at home on July 31, 2017.He married Betty Beckers and to this union a son, Brooks Michael Johnson, was born on Nov. 13, 1971. In March of 1983, Kim married Peggy O’Leary. He was an avid road cyclist for over 40 years and competed in several triathlons often winning first place. He loved to stream fish but recently enjoyed floating the Big Horn on his pontoon boat with his favorite sidekick, Lacy (his dog) by his side. He came home one day saying “never in my wildest dreams would I have thought I could catch my age in the number of fish I caught today.”After working as a veterinarian in his own practice for a few years, Kim decided to take on a new adventure, one that wouldn’t tear at his heart-strings so much. He went back to school at EMC (MSUB) for 6 months and took as much accounting and computer classes that he could. He was hired at Cenex (CHS) as a systems analyst and worked there for 25 years.Kim was a Little League umpire for several years and became a “non-expert” expert in all the rules of the game. He was well respected by everyone in baseball for his knowledge of the game and his fairness as an umpire. The kids loved “gramps.”Kim also became an excellent piano player and usually played an hour or so each day. His latest exercise activity was taking classes at the gym and playing pickle ball. He always had to be busy whether it was physically or mentally. His latest mental endeavor was to research and find out as much as he could about hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) which is the genetic disease that took his son’s life. He again was becoming a “non-expert” expert on the subject.Kim will be remembered for his great sense of humor, jokes, storytelling, his love of animals and his love of his grandchildren.
